Ghana

Keio University and JICA collaborated to dispatch approximately 10 student volunteers every August starting in 2024. These volunteers formed mixed teams with 10 Ghanaian coaches who had completed a selective training course in Baseballership® education. They then implemented a three-week Baseballership® education program in five regional areas, followed by the "Ghana Koshien Tournament." Furthermore, surveys were conducted before and after the program targeting players and coaches to scientifically analyze the effectiveness of Baseballership® education. The results were presented at the Japan Baseball Society conference and have attracted considerable attention.
