In 2022, an agreement was signed, and the introductory course of the Baseballership® Education Seminar was held. In 2024, Mr. Armstrong became COO, and Baseballership® education was made the cornerstone of the federation's activities. Furthermore, in October 2025, the federation's president became the president of the African Baseball Confederation (WBSC-Africa), and Baseballership® entered a phase of expansion throughout Africa.
